Everyday add a tiny amount of nair to their shampoo. In a few days it will seem like there hair is thinning and then slowly falling out. Don't put too much in or it will all fall out at once.

Get some itching powder and put it in their lotion.

End the relationship. Why would you want to be with someone who did you seriously wrong? Do not get involved in petty disputes. Either be with someone 100% because you want to and they deserve you, or not at all. No reason and no need to mind-f*** each other. That makes you as lame as them.
Buy paint and paint their walls with polka dots and stuff. Then buy jello and nails and nail jello to the wall. I know it doesnt work, but it will leave stains. Make/buy pudding in a big thing and spread it in their beds.
Don't even think about it.Life is too short to wake up in the morning feeling sorry Love the people who treat you right and forgive those who don't,Just be honest and tell them how you feel .Better still move out of their lives .
When they go to work take a piss and then drop their toothbruss into the toilet. and a ****.
imho, dont continue the cycle. just confront them about it, and tell them to knock it the eff off.
