Help! im desperate. nail polish in my hair!?

i was watching a movie and doing my nails at the same time. i stopped painting for a second to watch the movie and i dumped bright red nail polish in my hair and on my shirt. i need it out of my hair soon, and i dont know how to get it out! any help w/ the stain in my shirt would also be greatly appreciated.

Welp, thats a sticky situation! My mom is always being confronted with the most ridiculous problems having 4 kids, and this isn't as bad as you may think. These are some original, mother-made cleaning tips that should definently help.


For the hair:


(Do NOT put nail-polish remover in your hair, this is a highly toxic chemical and is not to be used on hair!)


1.) Wash you hair with shampoo, scrubbing very vigorously with you hands. Use as hot water as you can stand!


2.) While shampoo is still in hair, comb through with a comb enough times until you've combed most of the soap out.


3.) Rinse hair and repeat if needed





For Shirt


(Do NOT use nail polish remover on shirt, as it will bleach out color!)


1.) Soak shirt in soap-filled sink for an hour or two and let it dry until damp


2.) Spray OxyMagic spray on shirt (you can use another stain remover, but this stuff really works wonderfully!) and let it sit for several hours before washing in washing machine


3.) Dry

Go and buy some nail polish remover and pour it over your hair. It will dissolve the nail polish. Do it a few times then wash your hair.

take a shower...make sure to scrub your hair good to take off the nail polish
i think you should trie washing it and srub it really hard.
