Im 14 too and I have the same problem. Easiest solution is to make sure you clip your nails every few weeks and find things to do besides bite nails. Anymore questions email me at Ganon136@yahoo.com. Thanks for your time
Wearing gloves would be a much better option than wearing a muzzle like the greyhounds.
put hot sauce on your fingers..or nail polish remover

I quit when I was much younger than you by making sure my nails were cut to the quick. Nothing to bite.
go to the pharmacy and tell them they tell you whats good for that.
