its only on one nail. if you can help ill appreciate it soo much!Im getting tiny holes in my nail its weird cuz they're in small rows. is it a fungus or a vitamin deficiency?
Probably not an infectious disease issue. Pitting is onychia punctata and it represent focal defects in nail-plate formation. Pitted nails may signal psoriasis as it's the most common cause of onychia punctata. To know for certain, it would be best to consult your doctor.
