There is acetone polish remover and non-acetone. You need the acetone, and you can get it from any beauty supply store.
most nail polish remover contains acetone, but you'll haave better results buying the pure acetone. usually found in the section with nail polish remover.
yes, you can buy it at target (100% acetone). it is very strong, so make sure to have a good hand lotion also.
Accetone is a remover... much like finger nail polish remover but stronger... check with a salon, or go to a nail place and have them remove them for you. If you dont soak them long enough you could really damage your nails.
It's best to go to the nail salon and have them soaked off. Sometimes they even include a free manicure with the soak off. Call around to your local salons. Hope this helps!

Well sort of, nail polish either comes acetone free or with acetone. But to really get the acrylic to budge you need 100% pure acetone, regular nail polish wont do much since its not as strong, because it has other ingredients in it.
