How can i tell my mom and my sisters family that im going to wear colored nail polish on my toenails tonight?

My sister and her family are coming in for the night and not sure how to tell mom that ill be wearing sandals so i can show off my bright pink toenails? Also not sure how to tell my sister and her family that i now keep my toenails polished with colored nail polish? I hope you can help me asap. My sister is on her way right now. ok then.well i honestly think you should express yourself and be yourself because i have no doubt that your family will love you no matter what!(gay,lezbo,straight,skinny,fat,smar鈥?thing is for sure if any of your family or friends say anything rude about you or to you and/or dontsupport you then that is very inconsiderate.so express yourself.----but maybe you shoulddnt stand out TOO much

I guess it's too late for something subtle, like a soft pink or sheer nude polish. You may as well let those little piggies run free.


Do you have such a need to tell anybody? Perhaps after dinner you could say something like, ';You'll never guess what I did today.'; Or you could simply wear a pair of sandals or flip-flops and not say anything. Wait until they notice and say something. If you answer them honestly and confidently you may even win them over to accepting you with polished nails.
Just tell them! If they have a problem with it, then that's THEIR problem, not yours
just kinda be funny bout it cuz all my guy friends sometimes do the same thing and they make it funny!! just go up to your family and say';hey guess wat, i just got my toenails painted pink'; and kinda laugh or smile bout it and make it funny. theyll be okay with it as long as you like it...lol!= ]
I don't know if you're gay or not since you didn't mention it. But if you are and they already know that you're gay it will be a lot less shocking to them. Just tell them right away so there's no awkwardness. Be like 'Hey do you like my nails? I think they look great'. Or just wear the sandals and don't say anything. If they notice then good for them. They'll understand.
