I find men who wear nail polish attractive, yet I am not a gay male. I'm sure some like it and some don't. Wear what ever makes you feel good, where what ever colour you want. I would suggest painting your fingures rainbow and showing pride :), I do that a lot.

Gay guys who act feminine are a HUGE turn-off for me. No makeup, no nail polish, no women's clothing, nothing like that PLEASE.
Feminine gay guys are a real turn off for me so i'd say no, i'd also think you'd look a bit silly
