xIm getting acrylic nails done tomorrow?
If Acrylic nails are applied and removed correctly, then there should be no lasting damage. The Tech will lighlt take off the surace shine with a block before applying the nails but no nail tech should ever file on top of your natural nails (only to etch the surface) Make sure that the place you are going to does not use a drill, they cause alot of damage doing that. Have creative put on if the do that as this system uses an acid free primer, and never ever pick your nails off. Soak them in acetone for about an hour, then oil them, buff them, apply somje nail strengthener and the next day they will be good as new.
Hope this helps xIm getting acrylic nails done tomorrow?
I got them done recently and OMG what a mess after they came off. My skin underneath the nails was bruised the nails were very thin and brittle. I would never get it done again.
yes, acrylic nails are terrible. Bio gel is a better bet, but still not great for your natural nails in the long run. get good, regular manicures, and your natural nails will bet healthier, longer, and look beautiful for years to come.
any false nail will damage your nail underneath.. Grow them naturally.
i have been getting my nails done since i was 15 I'm now 20 . No it doesn't make your nails thin. BUT don't take them off yourself get it done. In saying that find the right nail place for you . Took me years to find the perfect one for me !
Gd luck
I got mine done on Saturday lol, i've had them done before that, anyway your nails do grow underneath yh there thin but i don't care because i don't really notice much x

They might be thinner it depends on the method used to put them on, but remember the whole time you are wearing them, your real nails underneath will not have any oxygen supplies. You can uy nail hardner from most chemists that you can use when you take them off.
Ask the nail technician to file lightly or they will be super thin.
