if you're cleaning your fingers well and they're still yellow then

Every night, clean your nails with a nail brush and soap, and once a month soak just your nails (fingertips) in 2 parts water one part bleach. It works really well. Just make sure not to do the bleach too often, otherwise your nails will get ruined.
