Im getting my nails done for the first time, but i dont know what to ask for?!?!?

i want fake nails, but i dont know what they're called. and i want them painted. i dont want the french manicure thing. i have really REALLY short nails b/c i bite them :P will that matter? also how much would this usually cost? im going to chic nails, if that helps. is it a different price if you get the nails painted instead of getting a french manicure?Im getting my nails done for the first time, but i dont know what to ask for?!?!?

just get a french manicure when i first got my nails done i was scared and i had got them hot pink and they really didnt match whith every outfit and i also bite my nails to but dont bite your nails keep yourself busy every min
Tell them you want acrylic nails. They will probably give you either whole fake nails or tips. All the manicurists are really nice, and they always ask you what you want. Just tell them that them the color you want, and they'll do it! The only hard thing is that sometimes the people are Chinese and you can't understand them. The price will probably be anywhere from 20 dollars to 60 dollars, according to were you have them done (I have never heard of Chic Nails)

-They'll ask you clear or white


-Clear with look like a normal nail colour, White will give you the french manicure look (but you can paint over it)
